I spent over an hour supplying Zackary Rome my informantion. When it was complete, he told me he was my contact support in the future and I would be notified when I was accepted or denied! He had my cell phone number, e-mail address and mailing address. About 4:30 pm December 6th after hearing nothing from your company I called the number Zack had given me. A lady answered, but had to transfer me to someone else who told me I was rejected because I used two of the following meds, Hydracodone and prednisone. I use very few of either but was told they would have to get a letter of explanation from my doctor. The point is, the deadline for the supplemental policy application was the next day or Dec 7th. If I had been notified at all I might have had time to get that letter and the Cigna policy from your company. This was a good change for me from Blue Cross and new business for you not only from me, but my wife who is just turning 65 Feb. 7th!! Now I have to roll over my Blue Cross policy with no changes in 2019, neither me or my wife will ever do business with your company in the future!
