Sir/ Ma'am, until now I have my air condition no working properly, and my built-in microwave still not being repaired. I just gave up on you guys, calling you is almost an hour waiting just to hear a rough and disrespectful costumer service. you may be happy because you got my money, but what you don't realize that you lost more than one potential costumer, I am a United state Navy sailor who fought for this country. back in the office your name is not a reliable company. your name is written on RED = never use this! you can reach me any time by phone 8052007407. if you do, I do not want to talk to a costumer representative, i want to talk to a manager who can give some answers. This company does not honor their warranties, and lies about having dispatched technicians. There is a good reason they have an F rating with the BBB.
AFTER MY HUSBAND PASSED I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT THE COST OF FIXING MY APPLIANCES AND THE COST OF MAINTAINING MY HEAT AND COOLING UNIT. AFTER A FRIEND SHOWED ME THAT STANLEY WAS THE COMPANY I COULD DEPEND ON WHEN I NEED HELP I CALLED AND WAS PLEASANTLLY SUPRIESED AT THE HELP I RECEIVED FROM THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT STANLEY HOME SERVICE. I SIGNED UP THAT AFTERNOON AND FINALLY GOT A THANKS STANLEY GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
I have been trying for over 3 hours to reach your SERVICE? dept.I am tired of listening to recorded messages, and music. No one alive over there? PLease cancel my policy. This company is a joke. Have been trying to get a hold of a customer service representative and seems like no is ever there. I get placed on hold until eventually an answering machine picks up. However if you attempt to get a hold of a sales rep they answer right away. I asked them about canceling my policy and was told I needed to speak to a cancelation specialist.
Been trying to call the (888) 782-6539 number for days, no one ever answered. Purchased a homeowners warranty for a client weeks ago and I'm still waiting to receive the policy information. You can't get them on the phone if you tried. What a joke and waste of time & money.
Both Eric and Andreas were helpful and informative. The extra time Andreas spent making sure I understood everything about the Stanley Safe Club seemed to go a step beyond his required duty. His full explanations about the features and my cautious and nervous questions allied all my fears.
I recently pruchased a home warranty through Stanlely. My experience was a most positive one. Eric was very professional and complete in his service to me. My hope is that if and when I do have a claim I can expect the same treatment.
They will help you from start to finish and great rates
I would recommend this service as it sounds like everything I need is covered. Much lower than prices with individual plans with whirlpool.
submitted a quote online for a rate and information, received a call from Eric who understood all my needs and also explained everything that I was interested in about the different products and the cost and gave me options, the experience was not overwhelming and it was fast and very efficient, I would recommend anyone to contact them if there looking or if there warranty is about to expire to look into there rates and programs before looking any further.
DON'T GET STANLEY WARRENTLY!!!!The wores home protection plan that any body can get. basically they will still your time and money. i got stany home warranty for all of my properties and that was the biggest mistake i could ever down. About a seven weeks after activation I had a problem with ac it took me a week until I could REACH AND CONTACT with someone and make a claim and after they send technician they simply said they can not fix it because they think its pre existing condition. so they didnt fix it . For another property I had problem with ice maker and its been a week even do I make several claim but they have not contact me or send me any technician or any feed back to my emails. I called so many times and beg them to refund my money they simply said you can just cancel the contract but your money is gone. MY ADVISE DON'T GET STANLEY WARRANTY they are thief. .

You can't beat the coverage and the payment options. I recommend you check this program out. It could save you many times the repair costs of your vehicle. When I get the extra money I'm going to cover my second car. I've read a lot of bad reviews about Stanley Safe Club and I'm just praying they're not a rip off.
I just signed up with Stantley Home Warrantly plan, so its really to soon to rate them, in the up-coming months I will be better able to rate them !......John Sproles
I had service performed on my car in May 2015. I sent all the required information to get claim payment refund. If is now August 2015 and I still have not received the payment that I have been told numerous times over the phone that it had been approved. The BBB has hundreds of complaints on this company. My advice is to steer clear from Stanley Warranty. Awful customer service and they don't care about you or your refund. I will be filing in small claims court to get my claim payment refund.
This was a new policy and I called in and also sent an email as I was directed to do and was assured the policy was cancelled but they still took 239.99 out of my bank account after I was informed the policy was cancelled. They now owe me 239.99 + the 20.00 downpayment and I'm fighting to get it back in my checking account so buyer beware.
This company is terrible. After purchasing TWO service contracts, I was promised a copy of the warranty within 24 hours. None arrived. After reading terrible testimonials regarding the company I attempted to cancel. Spoke to THREE people before Jeff Johnson, who assured me a confirmation would be forwarded within minutes. Almost an hour later I called again and the rep assured me the contract was cancelled. Only after my second call did I receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I know see why the complaints about Stanley were so numerous. I have also requested American Express to cancel the sale. I will in the future warn everyone I know not to contact Stanley for a home warranty.
First off they were willing to cover my f450. Other co. wouldn't.Then they told me there was no deductible.When they told me what it covered I sead yes.
1. They do not answer the phone. 2. They do not honor ANY claims. RUN, don't walk. This many people cannot be wrong!! I only wish I saw these reviews before I paid!
The process went fine. My only problem with Stanley is the long wait time for telephone contact.
I just recently purchased this coverage , So far sound like a great deal, the representative (ANDREAS) was professional and courteous sounds like alot of bad reviews from what i see, I think its just a matter of patience. I sure hope this turns out to be a legitimate coverage.
Have emailed and called this company and got nothing but aggravation, I can't get to the person I got his extension from, no reply in email and cut off two times when called then told to leave my name and phone number for call back. Why can't you do all the things you did when YOU WANTED ME TO SIGN UP!!! If I don't get some answers TODAY I will cancel this policy and dispute my charge you put on my card, 30 days in advance of my actual start of warranty coverage, this seems to be all for YOU and not about ME!!!!
I have called four times and have not received any return calls. My water heater went out and I need it replaced. I am going to alert the better business bureau if I do not get a return phone by noon today.
The sales person took his time understanding our needs and was courteous and actually cared about what we wanted
I read the reviews online at 3 different sites. Almost everyone complained about this company being a rip off. I read 2 reviews that were positive.. OMG no one had anything good to say. I am worried that when my policy become effective that I would loose my money. I am not sure that I chose the right company. I bought this company for peace of mind on my rental property that is out of state. Wow! thinking I will cancel my policy and look for another company.
Sales Person, Florian, was very professional and explained the whole Auto Warranty program. He made the decision very easy.

The hold time and the music is enough to make you want to hang up and contact a different company not to mention it is not great for blood pressure. To top it off after a long hold time you are very likely going to get disconnected. Luckily i had the manager's email and contacted him and got immediate assistance. The website needs to be more user friendly. It is difficult to navigate back to a page you want to revisit. As a consumer I like to speak with a customer service representative that knows what they are doing. I would like to hear more confidence coming from the customer service department. A good customer service department contact should not evoke stress.

Highly recommend your company & products! Called my sister as soon as I hung up! She will be switching to Stanley too! No service fee, no deductible!! Can't be that! To top it off their representative (Eric) provided superb customer service!

THEY WILL NEVER HONOR A CLAIM AND NEVER PROVIDE YOU WILL ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER AS A RATING I WOULD. WORSE COMPANY EVER!
I purchased the Stanley Gold service June 9th. I have been trying to file a claim since September 14th. The Gold service never received the information from Stanley and I have been calling back and forward almost a month because I have a broken down car that I have no coverage to pay for the service. I have been speaking to several customer service as well as the supervisor. I call in yesterday left a message with a Victoria about issue she advised I would get a call back from Trevor but 24 hours later still no call!! Worst warranty company ever!! I am currently contacting the BBB in NJ filing a complaint.

When my microwave break and I gave the number off of it I was told it was made in 1999 but it was brought new in 2009 for the new home I purchased. So you refused to give me anything but $150.00 which this happened in March and it took a number of times calling to get that in June. Started with Stanely in September of 2014 you in February of 2015 for a different way of paying and trying now to tell me that I can't cancel until February that is pass time. That just to get more money. That is not a renewed contract it was so you could keep taking money out of my account. Need to do better service than what you are doing. Ms catrer
I am finding it very difficult to get in touch with any representatives from Stanley for contract related issues. I was placed on hold yesterday for a solid 3 hours with music playing on the phone without any from Stanley ever responding to the call.
sent a request for washer on 12-4-14 still have not had A CALL BACK , PEOPLE VERY RUDE , THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP TO THERE CONTRCT. GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BEAURO
I had a lot of concerns after reading all those negative reviews. I called customer service (and I talked to the same person who signed me up with Stanley!). I had no waiting time, and he walked me through the policy and answered all my questions. I have a much better understanding now, and I feel confident that Stanley was the right choice. Obviously, I haven't had a claim so far having just signed up, but I hope that I will experience the same great service again.

I am canceling this auto warranty policy immediately. I never got a promised contract and my credit card was charged 399.00 before I ever got the service agreement. I was told I could cancel this policy anytime with a money back guaranty within 30 days but no one answers the phones. Bad business practices.
The policy recommended to fitted my budget. The agent was polite and patient while I was deciding if the plan was what I wanted. She explained the plan thoroughly helping me understand the benefits to purchasing it.
