I needed to get insurance for my car and was having a difficult time finding someone to insure me with a DUI on my record. Serenity group found me insurance at a very reasonable rate in know time I had my car insured within mins! Took me less then an hour to insure and register my car at the DMV! I was very satisfied!

The agent was informative and answered questions I had about different types of coverage that had not been explained to me before and why I would want to consider the coverage and perhaps why the coverage would not be necessary considering the year of my vehicles. I did not feel taken advantage of.

I had an excellent experience. After not having a license for over 10 years, I was a little scared of the experience. My broker\ agent was very cool and patient with me and my situation overall.
My rate was clarified at least 2x over phone including my disclosure of my DUI,s over 7 years ago. I was told that so long as I didn't have any tickets or accidents in the last 3 years, the quoted rate is valid. When I called 10 days later to sign up my rate increased he said because of my Lat DUI. Pure bait and switch. I may take further steps. Joel Nettie

Sherrie was very kind and sociable and very willing to find the best deal for me at the price i was looking for and not only did that but whent further by finding me a better deal and was very helpfull in setting every thin up and also followed through with a phone call lije she said she would when she said she would.

I cannot say enough about my agent. Very good at his craft. We were done in minutes but was on the same page in the end! He even went out of his way to do a follow up and make sure everything was good on my end. Definitely an asset to the company. Would recommend to others. Give this man a bonus! Out of all my experiences with insurance companies Chris Healy was the best person I have ever had to deal with over the phone. He answered every question I had for him with professionalism. He was vary nice and extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. So that is why i give Chris Healy Licensed Insurance Counselor with Serenity five stars.

I was pleased with her understanding about getting quotes from other companies... she gave me her extension number so I could talk to her again when I decided to go with the company so I wouldn't have to call back and give all my info again... I am very pleased with the service I received

It was okay at the beginning when I got the quote then when I went to sign up the price changes 3x before setting on a price.
Chris made it very easy to find good insurance for cheap. I needed the SR-22 insurance plus liability to get my license back. And I didn’t want to pay a ton. And he didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions, or if I had concerns he made it very clear to me without me being confused!! Highly recommend!

Paul was a tremendous help to me in selecting the correct insurance. Like most men I just glanced When I should have actually read.Paul, Picked up on this and was able to help me have a better understanding what I actually needed. I actually found It a little cheaper to go with another company But because Paul took the time to make sure that I totally understood everything that I needed I chose to go with you guys and I just want to commend him on his service

I dont know how the claim process works. I just got a non owners insurance and payed it in full. My agent was and is Kim Hunter. She was very knowledgable and signed me up with little to no problems & recieved proof along with my SR22 same day via email. The SR22 was electronically sent to the state and I had no problems reinstating my license.
