I have been with the Insurance Hub since I moved to Atlanta years ago, and with Nationwide for more than twice that length of time. Over that period, I have always been a satisfied customer, however most recently, I must admit that my satisfaction level has improved greatly by having the pleasure of working with one of your associates, Creasiaha Kemp. Creasiaha is extremely personable, knowledgeable, has outstanding follow-up skills and has surpassed my expectations on each and every phone call. I recently sold my residence, became a renter for a short period, and will close on my new home in early April. She has always been ahead of me with the CORRECT ANSWERS to my questions before I could ask, making info available/sending it to Bank's and Closing Attorney's, answers on refunds, payments, etc. Creasiaha even called me on the day that I closed on my condo to make sure everything went as planned that morning. I recently retired after spending 30-years in the customer service industry, always having responsibility for a very large number of customer facing associates. She is the type of employee all companies look to have representing their organizations - thank you for sharing her with me!
