I don't agree with waiting a month or 1,000 miles too use your warranty. If I have too wait 1,000 miles or 30 days for use, then you should wait the same before you charge my card. The day that I sign up and pay, I should be able to use immediately. Why can't I? It dosen't change any of your policies or procedures. I think it is BS!
I called in about a refund they guy said i would get in 24 hours and its been 4 days and i still have not gotten. I will be calling back

So far so good... It was very easy to sign up for my extended warranty and I have made my first payment. However, I sometimes have trouble logging into the website to check my account and make sure my payment will process as it is supposed to.

The Dealer informed my that my truck needed a new engine assemby. . The Warranty Company wanted to install one with 70K. Or I could pay the difference. For a new, or rebuilt one.. I chose the latter. . And had to pay 3100.00. Just a heads up if your planing on buying a vehicle with some miles on it.

Harsh words yes, but you will find it easier to reach warranty company than to reach forever car or their payment processor, they will tell you how easy they are to deal with, don't believe it it's a lie, they will give you a follow up number, don't be fooled no one will call you back, they will do anything to keep you from canceling but answer the phone or return messages Don Reilly was the guy that to took advantage of me, he will do the same to you, he will tell you Danny will call you right back but no one will.
Wanda Hanillett handled everything today. She walked me through the pro & cons of having a extended service agreement. Wanda painted me a true picture of unforeseen situations that can take place with your car.

Terre is my rep and answered all my questions and concerns, I haven't had to use my warranty yet,But feel like I was sold what I asked for. Got my contract in my email w/in minutes and noticed a discrepancy in the contract price, I emailed Terre and she called me back in minutes and corrected the issue. Great experience and I will pass this Company info out to my friends and family out west here in Oregon

I just got off the phone with Samantha, she was very helpful, with answering all of my questions, pertaining to the Silver plan with my 2013 Ford F-150. I have been researching extended warranties for my truck. Hopefully, I won't be needing it, but I feel comfortable with all that the contract covers.

I have only had the policy for a few hours and obviously have not used the service so I will comment on my experience purchasing the service. Samantha is an excellent customer service/sales lady and was very thorough in describing the different levels and what was covered on each. She is very professional and also friendly, easy to talk to I had several questions to clear up different parts of the coverage and Samantha was consise and knowledgeable about the service. You have an outstanding representative and spokesperson for you. Need to hang on her. Will be able to comment on the service when and If I have to use it. Until then every thing is wonderful.
