Even though my sales agent wanted me to purchase their auto care insurance immediately, I told him that I would NOT purchase any insurance without discussing the policy with my spouse first. I asked him to call me back in two hours, which he agreed to do. When my spouse returned home, we discussed the pros and cons of buying the vehicle insurance policy. I contacted the agent and purchase the policy. I recommend looking at the products the company offers because their "hard sell" including price negotiations and delayed purchase.
Excellent service - I would recommend CarSure to anyone in a heart beat. Highly recommended!!!!!!! Staff are extremely courteous and make your experience quick and easy.

They talk pretty when trying to hook you to be their client. They assure you that now you are in good hands. Well surprise, you are in good hands, to be robbed. !!!!! My 2014 GMC Acadia recently experienced rear section A/C problems. I called the customer support and asked if I could take it to my dealer ship and was told to do so and have the dealer call Car Sure. They told the dealer that the rear evaporator core would have to be removed for inspection by one of their adjusters. My dealer called me and told me that to remove the rear core some one would have to pay $250.00. They told me that if Car Sure would not deny the claim for repairs all I would have to pay would be my $100.00 deductible. Well guess what? After a week without my vehicle, Car Sure denied the claim stating that it had been the cause of corrosion and they wouldn't cover it. I have been paying Car Sure for the past 15 months, over $180.00 per mo. and had never needed them. When you need them the most, is when they will not release a penny to help you. Thanks car sure SCROOGE. YOU CAN BET I'M CANCELING
Very thorough in explaining policy, cost, etc.
Working with Rick Ross was a pleasure. He was very informative and up front with all information. He answered all my questions and made everything easy to understand. He sounds like a great guy.
All of the people I talked to were here professional and knowledgeable. They went pot of their way to answer my questions and to get me the best term for my contract.

I was very pleased with CarSure!!! I believe they did every thing possible to offer and help me to be able to get and afford the insurance I felt I needed for my Van. Talked with two people that were pleasant and well informed for the questions I had to ask. With the help from Crystal and Rick I know I do not need to worry about coverage if and when something does go wrong. In my mind these two are valuable employees for this company.

After receiving a document with basic information on obtaining a vehicle service contract, I called the toll free number. Brandon answered and explained in detail of what CarSure would provide. Jason's supervisor confirmed that I was very interested and provided more detail. Both of these individuals were courteous and professional. I felt comfortable and purchased the Diamond coverage.

A lot of money for a car that old
It was a good experience, they let me know about everything. They are the best with no doubt.
When I called CarSure I had the pleasure to speak to Michael Jung and Jason Ingold. Both Mike & Jason were very knowledgeable Both gentlemen were very pleasant, polite and very helpful. All of my questions were answered, Jason informed me since I am a senior I was eligible for the Diamond Level coverage which was less expensive.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PLAN IN THE MAIL AS OF YET, BUT IT SHOULD BE ON THE WAY. LES MORGAN IS THE CONTACT PERSON WHO TOOK CARE OF ME AND HE TRULY DID A FINE JOB. IF THE PLAN IS AS GOOD AS HE SAY IT IS I GIVE IT A TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I called to inquire about extended coverage on a used car that I was purchasing. I was helped by a very professional staff that not only answered all my questions but also took their time to offer me more options. I liked that I was sent a notice about the iansuance was expiring. When I called to find out what do I do now the sales person explained it to me very clear. But what was nice when I told them my age (72) they told me right away that I could get a senior discount and I still get insurance for my 10 year old car that is still working just fine but I was getting concerned that maybe at the 10 old car might start nickle and dime me. Now I feel confident. Thanks alot

Right from the start, my agent was thorough and went through great lengths to get me the best possible rate to suit my budget. Lynn made sure I understood what the plan covered and I was not pressured into purchasing a plan I didn't want. She talked to me like I was a long time friend and we established a good relationship. I feel secure knowing that my car will be covered if anything mechanical should go wrong.
