Because auto insurance is something everyone needs, it can be easy to forget that providing this is a customer service. And good customer service is just as important as the need for insurance. Bad care or shoddy customer service might cause clients to complain to local insurance boards or seek business elsewhere. I was fortunate to have what I believe to be the best customer service ever with any of the businesses I've visited. Esther Jimenez is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, and helped to answer all my questions with lots of patience. Her skills go above 100% and many others could take lessons from Mrs. Jimenez. Due to her attitude, I have recommended her to all my clients and associates. Thank you for having a top employee.
